Hi, I’m Henrietta
I’m passionate about supporting people to get the very best out of their lives.
I’m a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and also a communications trainer, writer and consultant.
During my initial years I worked in IT and then moved to PR and marketing environments. I worked closely with government, statutory bodies, and organisations working in the field of Diversity. I then became a freelance consultant, working on many short term contracts in a range of areas, including leading national campaigns and project management. Through this work I experienced many different teams, company cultures and styles of management.
Over the years I have delivered training on: leading teams, managing meetings, working with challenging people, negotiation skills, selling skills, speech writing and giving presentations, Plain English, and coaching skills for managers. I also teach interviewing skills – for job candidates, but also for people appearing on radio and television.
My focus is always on supporting people to get the best out of complex and challenging situations, helping them to develop effective communication skills, manage conflict and work strategically. Much of my work is about helping people to improve their confidence and start to recognise the skills and abilities they have overlooked.
My training includes:
Diploma in Coaching, with Coaching Development – Part I (Professional Coaching Skills) 2007 and Part II (Mastery) 2013
Neuroscience for Coaches
Neurodiversity for Inclusion in Coaching
Coaching for Diversity and Inclusion
Coaching relationships in the workplace (working with people in conflict)
Mediation Skills for Coaches
TA202 The Dynamics of Professional Relationships and Mirrors to the Self
Studying for Mastery in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)
I have been recognised as one of the Top Life Coaches by Coach Foundation.
