Significant change can happen at any time in our lives, but as we get older, we have less time to waste on making mistakes. I have worked with many talented clients in the second-half of their careers, providing high quality coaching to give them the clarity needed to make fully-informed choices.
I have also worked with young people, especially care leavers, and recognise the importance of making coaching completely accessible to people of all ages. I have experience of working with talented clients on the Autism Spectrum and making coaching relevant to their individual needs. I have many resources to draw from and pride myself on being a powerful and down to earth communicator.
Helping clients move on
Coaching is not therapy and its focus is always on moving forwards, and I am trained to recognise when I am not the appropriate person to work with a potential client. However, I am comfortable working with strong emotions, with people feeling stuck, and with people who are ready to move on after periods of trauma or illness. I have worked with clients who have previously undergone therapy for burnout, depression or anxiety but now feel ready to resume leadership roles in the world of work.
Please feel free to contact me if you are uncertain as to whether the issues you want to work on are relevant for coaching. I will be happy to talk this through with you and to suggest alternative services if coaching is not what you are looking for.
