Coaching is my chosen career but it is also my passion

As an experienced coach with a wealth of knowledge about human nature, I have great faith in its ability to help you reach clarity about what you really want and how to get it.

For the past 11 years, I have helped people make life-changing decisions and find the inner resources and motivation they needed to make those changes happen. I am passionate, and skilled, at helping clients to feel in control of their lives and fully aware of the personal resources they have available to them.

"Henrietta asks the difficult questions and probes for those issues and problems that made me feel uncomfortable, but are necessary to find the right solutions. She works incredibly hard to provide the right support and helped me to move on when I was looking for new direction in my career."
Julie Ingham, Marketing and Communications Manager at National Day Nurseries Association

Working with challenge

Before I decided to concentrate on coaching, I worked for more than 20 years as a communications trainer, freelance journalist, author and editor. My clients were from a wide variety of commercial, statutory and not-for-profit organisations.

I was often brought in to ‘hit the ground running’ on projects with high expectations and tight deadlines. This gave me considerable experience of the constant pressures of working in environments where restructuring, budgetary constraints or legislative changes bring constant upheaval and insecurity.

My coaching training

I trained with Coaching Development, a highly respected professional coach training organisation. Its in-depth training courses are accredited by the only globally recognised professional coaching body, the International Coach Federation (ICF).

As part of my continuing professional development, I am regularly coached by colleagues and have supervision with a coach and therapist. I continue to learn from my peers, and relish the sharing of learning.
